we have kind of a new song up.

this recording is only like the second time we played it. I'm playing guitar and Bobby is improvising vocals. Then I dissected it in ProTools and deleted all the crappy parts.

We're gonna try to put up a new song every week.

No matter how shitty it is.

Old people tried to disenfranchise me this morning.

They told me that I was at the wrong polling place.

I told them to suck it.. and to look again.

They found me, and I voted.

(I didn't really tell them to "suck it".)

Sooooo ...what'd y'all do this weekend? Ok, I know it's me who's a day behind...too hungover to check in yesterday. So do y'all want the Flecton/Califone stories quick and dirty or long and slow (and dirty)?

not shitty.  kinda fun and finger pointy in an "icky mettle" sort of way.  improvised lyrics or no,  the point is made, and the music matches the attitude.  why'd you take down the "bowie-esque/early hawkwindish" song down?(forgot title) i like that one lots.

I'll put it back up later if you want. I was thinking I'd keep our best stuff up all the time and rotate out these more experimental tunes.

We have a version of the newest song in full band mode but the vocals on that one aren't as good as the one that's up there.
