the show was fun. We had a decent crowd and everyone stayed for the most part.  Arch-Rivals were fun as always.
We did an experiment and tried not cracking wise the whole show or inserting statements like "fuck you bush!" between every song.
So all in all, a good show. We even had some girls dancing. So thats a major success as far as I'm concerned.

Actually, the job isn't bad at all...but what a bunch of fuck ups. The job kind of attracts fuck ups is what I am saying. Everyone seems to be a musician (what a shock).

Someone fucked up having us working in pouring, cold shitty rain today...swamp raking is not only futile, it's not great for the lawn (or swamp).

This other guy with the same name as me is pretty nice guy...seems to have some stories...mystery. Guitarist/keyboard player...asked me to make him a mix already. I know he likes Neil Young...(which is what started the talk, I guess...my t-shirt)...Radiohead's Kid A (which I don't remember liking...but I can't really distinguish between Radiohead albums after The Bends...which I owned but never listened to)...and Jeff Buckley. Pretty much everyone will give 'props' to Neil, so that wasn't a big shock (although he told me he just learned "Hey Hey, My My (Into The Black)" the other day)...but Jeff Buckley was off the beaten path enough for a 20-something year old for it to seem real.

Jeff Buckley is not obscure by any stretch, but he was never a radio or video hit around here.
