hey kurt, do you remember when you first got to memphis and we went to my apartment and there was a HEE-UGE roach in my kitchen and it was so gross? then i killed it? or did you kill it? i don't remember. i dunno why i just thought of that story. i guess it was because it was the beginning of my zombie roach problem.

i think i've been out in the sun too long today  Embarrassed

Yeah, I forgot about that.

I think I killed it?

You killed Bamah's zombie roach? Whooooa... Does that, like, double zombify it?

Whoooooa. Dude.

So houseguest #3,491 just showed up (he's the one who isn't Steve Earle) an hour or so ago, and I couldn't be more thrilled. Or drunk.

Ol' Jim covers Ol' Flecton ("Death by Vibration") on an Ottawa comp that just came out. It's quite lovely. Good song regardless, but Jim makes it his own. I oughta buy that record and not just because Miche is on the cover -- it's only $5 Canadian.

And speaking of cheap, Jim just reminded me about the fact that one of the gross hockey guys tried to pick me up on the weekend. Ew. Thanks!!

that's so funny 'cause just the other night i was watching cheers high and was like "jesus, this is the best show i have ever seen". kirstie alley gets remarkably better with the addition of pot.

The other day I came across Cheers in the television guide and was upset when I realized it was on the comedy channel  (which I don't get)...still, I am always afraid that I won't like it as much as I did growing up. Watched that every night with my family I did.

I wish I sucked on guitar...but like most people do...in that most people can at least suck at a couple of chords...I suck without chords...so it still sounds like the first time every time.

(which is not good)
