Just got me a new digital camera, y'all! I'm going to try to take a picture of me and send it to all of you on the internet.

This MIGHT take a while! Here's me with technology:  Huh

so that's how crappity got broken.

Yeah, now we know who to blame.  FUCKER!   Angry

So what's all this heat rolling off of The Wolf Parade?

Anybody got a review?

Personally, I thought I loved them...after hearing some local hype early on I downloaded their demo eps when they were still here (Secret Knives is the only original demo left there), and I listened to them all the time (reminded me a lot of The Clears for some reason)...was delighted to see them open for Modest Mouse. Then I heard that Isaac Brock was producing them and they'd landed a label deal and I was like, "good for them"...then I heard it was Sub Pop and was like, "good luck" to them.

I've since downloaded their Sub Pop EP and LP and I still have not listened to the LP all the way through.

A full half of the full length is made up of songs that originally appeared on the demos...I loved those songs as demos...the clean cuts bore me.

I'd endorse the download of the early demo EPs, or even their live CBC radio performance of newer songs before the "proper/official" releases.
