Perhaps "Bathroom Break" is a code term? Such as "I've lost the plot here, and need 10 minutes with the flash-cards"? Just a thought.

hey do you folks know anything about the band "arcade fire"?

i was reading about how they ripped it up at lallapolozza...and then i picked up them doing a cover of some yeah yeah yeah songs on one of them mp3 blogs (i'm going to launch my own mp3 blog shortly...wanted to call it brainfiber...but some slouch has that name...so it'll be a drunk ugly duck blog...figure i'll put a song up a day...and take it from there) and dug it...

i see they're from canada...i'd ask the canadians in the house but i can already imagine their responses:

Matt: "Hate them...very pretenious"

Dan: "liked them until they got a following...now i hate them"

JSG: "Slept with a few of them"

Miche: "Uh...who...never heard of them...no wait...I think i'm in that band"

the butler boys in the arcade fire are from muntreah by way of texas.  the "funeral" record, as you may recall, did not initially impress me as much as its artwork and packaging, but it got to me like toenail fungus and made more sense in the winter than in the warmer months.
