I really want to get that Expansion Pack for Call of Duty. It was a pretty cool game, except that you couldn't shoot whatever you wanted. You'd shoot glass, but it wouldn't break. Did you see that golf tournament over the weekend?

Last week I read a new biography of Abelard and Heloise called Abelard and Heloise. I'm not usually a nonfiction reader, but I really got into it. It kinda fizzled out at the end, but what happened and what's going on, is that I suddenly want to read a bunch of shit about the Middle Ages. You really don't want to walk up to me at the dinner party.

Did I mention I was in the veg patch gardening all weekend? All long weekend? Now that is boring.

First you sew the seed

then nature grows the seed

then you eat the seed.

then you sew the seed.

nature grows the seed

and you eat the seed

...doesn't sound boring at all.

you know what you look like to me, with  your good bag and your cheap shoes?
you  look like a rube.  a well-scrubbed, hustling rube with a little taste...
good  nutrition has given you some length of bone, but you're not more than
one generation from poor white trash      are you ?
that accent youre trying so desperately to shed .......pure west virginia.

I knew the weekend was going to be so boring, that I had to talk myself out of buying some cough medicine. It was the first real "struggle" I've had since quitting. I'd better quit talking about it.
