yes, the red sox won and are probably feeling confident that they'll win it all, but may i take you back to the 1975 World Series in which they cold smoked the Big Red Machine 6-0 in game 1, but eventually lost in a thrilling game 7.  i was at game 4 in cincinnati, and witnessed lefty luis tiant pitch a complete game 5-4 victory over my beloved reds, so i can feel the pain of the STL faithful this morning.  

and if anybody else has any "pain" they'd like me to feel, well then just let me know.   Kiss
