I really like The Muppets. It wasn't quite the perfection that a friend of mine had promised, but totally legit.
Bonus points for how engaged E_____ was throughout the whole movie. He was leaning forward and smiling and laughing more than I've ever seen him.

The guy who created Fables says for people to lay off Once Upon a Time. He says the initial concept is the same, but you can't copyright that, so people may as well let it go. Fairy tale stuff is in the air anyway, so it's inevitable there are similar ideas floating around. http://m.airlockalpha.com/node/8816/fables-creator-to-fans-leave-once-upon-a-time-alone.html Tilda loves that show. I think the scenes with the dislocated fairy tale characters unknowingly living out echoes of their stories in the real world are pretty good. The expository flashbacks to fairy tale land suck. I'm not a fan of Fables myself, so I'm glad Willingham enjoys the show. |

got up early this morning and went to the unemployment office.. Didn't take too long (couple of hours) but now I'm hooked up which is a big relief.. it'll last for 6 months or until I find a job which should hopefully be soon.. OR I just go into comix... technically I can say that I AM currently a comic book artist since I've been working on Kurt's stuff.. maybe I can show this work around eventually and get more work in the field.. That's what I'd like to do at least..
