I'm pretty excited. This one is about 10 houses down from A____ and E____'s girlfriends, so there will be a much easier transition into the new neighborhood for them.

That reminds me... more real estate news... Matilda's mama sold her 2 BR on the outskirts of Cluj (it was too big, she hated being that far out, and her neighbors sucked.) She's close to locking up a studio four doors down from the old family home downtown.

In less cheerful news, my favorite Aunt (my dad's twin) was rushed to the hospital by ambulance yesterday with wildly elevated heart rate. They think it's a lung infection though, weirdly, and thankfully not her heart.
