It's the story of an artist who lost the ability to draw after 5 guys attacked him.

He recovered from serious brain damage and built a WW2 model town as creative outlet and he lives there in his mind.

It's actually a pretty cool world he's created.  He makes characters for real people he meets.  Incredible outsider art.

I compare it to Band of Brothers because his scenes are so real in detail.

This video is sort of what would happen if David Lynch’s Eraserhead and Jorgen Leth’s The Perfect Human made a child: A grotesque, deconstructed and faintly malevolent baby. Awesome!
