I'm kinda bummed I don't have friends out here in the 'burbs, because these two movies would be an awesome double feature for movie night: Rare Exports and Trolljegeren. Scandinavian movies that make surprisingly scary but kinda winking horror stories out of children's stories (Santa and trolls, respectively).

How did I get to be nearly 36 years old before I discovered the awesomeness that is almond milk? More vitamins, has antioxidants, tastes yummy, has fewer calories, and no dairy bloat.

One thing I like about the interwebs is the chance to check out oddball movies I would never have heard about otherwise, for better or for worse. 

Don't think less of me as a human being but I am watching this right now. Just for the WTF factor, really.

It's sort of like Wayne's World. If there were five of them. And they were Dutch. And sociopaths.

The economic downturn costs five white trash losers their jobs, so they react by deciding not to pay for anything ever again. They become media darlings, people emulate them, and riots and anarchy ensue.

so some band had to drop off the Memphis Hates You fest line-up tonight and Dragoon will be taking their place..  There's suppose to be a live stream of it somewhere.. I'll try to find it..  I looked but I don't see any links ofr it on their site..  I'll try to find out..

yay for today's topic!!

last night was great. the new boy flaked on me, due to a hangover, which i was really upset about. but my wonderful friend sheri came through as my date and we danced the night away and all was right with the world again. got to meet Melody (the guardian angel lady) and she was amazing. so cool. we danced and danced, too. i felt pretty teary all night, but in a good way. yay for new hearts, y'all.  Smiley
