Charlie Sheen: New Celebrity Face of the 9/11 Truthers. Apparently, Mr. Sheen has even gone to the extent of publishing a fictionalized hypothetical interview with the President on the subject.

Sheen's been the celeb face of Trutherdom for years now. He is in the quick montage of notable Truthers in the video put up by those assholes who interrupted (and I later clashed with) Howard Zinn's lecture at UQAM.

I post that because that was the last lecture I was at that I have footage from where Truthers interrupted the Q&A.

I got this dipshit on tape the other day during the Q&A at George Galloway's talk at UQAM:

Like most Truthers the lay up was long but obviously (to anyone familiar with Truthers) headed in the direction of "9/11 Was An Inside Job". He began by making it sound as if he was sympathetic to the Palestinian cause and then shifted into overdrive and started spouting standard Truther lore about how the head of ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence - essentially the Pakistani CIA) met with Bush Administration officials in the days before 9/11 and then wired money to hijacker Mohammed Atta.

What he said just prior to my hitting record was something like, "Mr. Galloway, I hear you talking about Radical Islamist Terrorists and how the US and the CIA brought them into being, armed and trained them, and I have to think, why was ISI director Mahmood Ahmed in Washington the day before 9/11 meeting with Dick Cheney and other Administration officials... what were they talking about, NHL hockey?"

Oh yeah, here are some local Truthers (who are, for newbies, extremely prolific youtubers) revealing again how much of the "movement" is rooted in the insecurity of its followers:

Yeah, Les Foufounes Electriques is a lame bar...which is why I don't go there...ever...unless some band I like makes the mistake of being booked there.
