The ep where they staged Nightman as a musical is pretty awesome as well.

Lorenzen Wright was found dead in the woods. Looks like he shot himself, despondent over going broke.

That's not what I'm hearing.  Reports are saying he was shot at least a dozen times.

I actually met him once, waited on him when I was in college in Memphis. He'd just signed a massive contract with the Hawks and yet he was at Macaroni Grill. He signed an autograph for my brother, which was cool. His wife was the epitome of the hot trophy wife who got ordinary real quick after having some kids.

He didn't sign with Atlanta until his fourth season.

I saw the Nightman musical one.  Never saw that original song.  Pretty funny.

Yup, 1999. That was when I waited on him.

Here was the article I read that said it was self-inflicted:

A dozen self inflicted gun shot wounds would be damned impressive.

Right up there with Eliot Smith stabbing himself twice.

I used to go to the pyramid and watch Mr. Wright with the Memphis Tigers.

In other news, Under the Red Hood is very entertaining. I just can't get enough of these cartoons.

I guess whoever is doing the Joker will be required to channel Heath Ledger's version.

Well, my source is kind of embarrassing.  They're probably trying to brainwash me.

congrats!

I feel the same way...like i'm bluffing my way through...

after every 1x1 meeting with my boss I'm like "wow...how did I pull that off?"

I feel the same way. After 7 years with the Arlington school district, I still think someone is going to walk in one day and discover I'm a fraud.

What I really liked about Under The Red Hood is they made me have some respect for Jason Todd's Robin.. He was a real bad-ass.
I was less enthused about the portrayal of Nightwing who is one of my favorite characters of all time (Dick Grayson that is). But
yeah, John Dimaggio (Bender) as the Joker was kinda great. Except did you notice he actually repeated a joke.? (about his Red Hood
was more fancy Maitre-d' than motorcycle fetish)  I thought that was weak.  But good action, GREAT animation, good story..

Can I get a huzzah for making it to another month without getting fired?

Given how lousy I am at my job, it's really an accomplishment.

Huzzah!

But you're probably not as bad as you think you are.  No one is as good as they think they are, no one is as bad as they think they are.

Most of us are, by definition, pretty average and, as far as I'm concerned, there's nothing wrong with that.
