It's kinda like last Friday. I almost never go see bands these days. Last Friday, my good friend's half brother(26yrs. old) dragged us to House of Blues to see someone he thought we'd like. It was horrible - like Bare Naked Ladies meets .38 Special with some horns thrown in. Plus, the crowd was ex-fraternity/sorority types. Just a terrible experience all the way around.

That is such a bummer.    I had high hopes.   I'm in need of a good brain-bomb movie.

And who's bright idea was it to stick Ellen Page in that movie?

I wouldn't let Evan's review stop you, Eric.

He did say it was cinematically amazing afterall.

I wished I lived in a town with some good cinemas.

Looks like no Puerto Rico this year. Instead we're gonna drive down to Galveston for a few days for S_ _ _  to get a beach fix. PR just seemed too extravagant for out budget. Maybe next year.

Yeah, it definitely has some visual 'wow' moments. If that's all you're after, you'll love it.

Do you think Ellen Page in Inception is a worse career move than those commercials?

I heard her role is pretty bad. She says all the exposition and gets no development.

Actually, Joseph Gordon-Levitt gets to do some of that, too - along with no development.

I'm sure the movie is worth seeing.

I think Nolan is somewhat overrated but I always get something out of his movies.

Inception is dividing people but I think it's the kind of thing that will spark debate.

Prince of Persia on the other hand looks like complete trash.

Did anyone else catch Chris Rock's brother embarrassing himself on Last Comic Standing?
