Comic-Con was fairly awesome - we did it in one day - so no panels for us, just tons of time on the floor. Didn't buy a lot of stuff, mostly just checked out new "stuff". We did wind up getting a couple of cool pieces of art, though.

Cliff Rathburn, the guy who does the shadowing for Walking Dead, drew us this nifty zombie (complete with Mickey ears).


And Scott Morse, one of my fave Pixar people, did a painting of our chihuahua Snake for us.

saw Inception last night.  Really liked it.. I thought it got a weee bit tiresome towards the end and I definitely want to watch it again..

When I try to hyperlink now, I can now only paste the URL, and there's no longer any prompt to type in what to call the link (for example, "Amanda Palmer sells $15,0000 worth of merch..."). WTF?

And sad (whiny) Joey when he hurt his shin on the stairs in the pool. I just thought it was cute... in a making fun of my nephew kind of way.    (Mitchell shoulda been the whiny one, since I, as supervising adult, made him get out of the pool, too, till Joey was sorted. But he was fine, just waited it out like a trooper. Here's one of him, too, smirking.)
