Heinrich Schlieman knew 16 languages by age 12.
I was always impressed that Philippe de Montebello recorded the Met's audio guide in five of the eight languages they offered. He was batting .625 — not too shabby.
Well, I can see why you and Jeff get along so well!

Jeff would've used sabermetrics or something instead of batting average.

Ok, dumb question... Just hoping someone knows for sure.
My step daughter has an older Mac Mini with an Intel core 2 duo CPU and 1 Go of Ram. I've looked at the Guitar Hero III requirements page, and her computer is right on the minimum requirements, but below the recommended requirements.
Is it possible to play this game on her Mac Mini without any lag and other problems?
I don't really know but it might be a quicktime thing...?

[logged]Who needs an invite to an aces-level torrent site? If you're into torrenting movies and tv, this is pretty awesome. It's where I get everything I watch. Probably overwhelming if you're a torrenting n00b. But if you're already comfortable grabbing things off public trackers like Pirate Bay and isoHunt and the like, this is a way to step it up.
I have three invites. PM me if you're interested.[/logged]

Nah... there are a bunch of tricks to keep your sharing level (ratio) up. The easiest one is to be one of the first people to download a new popular torrent (even if you don't like it) and then share it as long as you can. That'll quickly give you a positive ratio and allow you to grab the stuff you want.

Do you have to have a massive external hard drive?

Nope. If you can set aside a few gigs, you'll be in good shape.

You don't need torrent when you have Sherm.

Yeah, the site I am talking about (RevolutionTT) is very good for mainstream stuff. They have some indie and low-budget stuff, but mostly I hit them for tv shows and Hollywood films. They have legit, non-virus/non-spyware-infected torrents of just about everything at lightning fast speed before it hits anywhere else.
