me and Pat are about to get some lunch.. Eric and Andrew arrived and are crashed out at Bammah's.
We had a blast last night at the Lair.  Did a few grifter songs, a few dragoon songs, a few neil young songs..  good times..

Awesome.

My own fun will consist of chores and errands if I feel up to it (battling a bug) and lying down reading if I don't.

So, you know, also awesome.

Oh, and downloading Julian Casablancas' record, and the new Fiery Furnaces, on the soulseek. Yay!

It's unseasonably "warm" here today (59F/15C). I should really take advantage since we're unlikely to see temps like this again until early spring. But...that not-feeling-great thing. Yadda yadda. Why am I still typing?

Ok, have a blast crappitystockeers.

And happy Saturday, regular crappiteers.

How is that Julian C. record?  Jeff posted a mp3 of a song on it sometime ago, and I thought it was atrocious, to the point that it discouraged me from checking it out... I like that one Strokes record, you know the one.

Yes. The first one. Supposedly this solo thing is reminiscent of that.

But I haven't heard anything yet...still downloading. I'll let you know.

Bobby's here so the Mac and Cheese showdown has officially begun..   Me and Pat got some Indian buffet then went to Shangri-La.. Then stopped by Savannah's and said hey to Eric and Evan..  Andrew was crashed out...   Acorns are on their way.. shrimp-fest begins now.

I'm such a nerd for bleeding edge web/computer stuff that it actually causes me discomfort to hear you talk about SoulSeek, Karen.

I should get over myself, because shit that works, works. Still, you could get stuff so much quicker and easier.

I'm not in any rush. I know other sources to get music files. But I guess I just don't care enough...

I just did an online "diagnostic" test thingy. (No doubt fake as hell.) I'm at high risk for major depression. Big surprise.

I don't believe in astrology, but I still read my horoscope if it's sitting in front of me... it's just silly useless fun.

Today's?

TAURUS (April 21 - May 21):

Don't be surprised if you get a little bit emotional today. You have been denying your feelings about certain issues for so long that almost anything will set you off over the next 24 hours. If it starts to come out, let it come out.

See? Fun!

(Also, too little, too late, as I've already been crying much of today. Yay! I blame whatever bug I have for draggin' my ass further into the mire than usual. Yay!)
