The irony of the story is that I was listening to a radio program discussing the deterioration of CIVILITY in modern life.

Summary: circuit bending is taking old noise-making kids' toys with circuit boards and reworking them with a soldering iron and whatnot to make them do strange shit. Obviously, dad would be in charge of soldering, capn, but I bet your boys would go nuts for moaning, shrieking plastic guitars and rayguns.

Simon (who is 7 months old) played with a 9 month old on Monday and dwarfed the kid. He's gonna be a monster.
We've been playing ball lately, but given that he shares Dad's childhood habit of closing his eyes whenever a ball so much as approaches him, I am not at all confident his size is going to translate into athletic prowess and make us rich.
Maybe he can play a henchman in a James Bond movie.
He's too cute for a Bond henchman.

ha, yeah, that came out a little beefier than I meant. thats Sean, the original drummer. He was buff only because he was in a band with 3 hopelessly scrawny dudes.

Very nice use of color in the drawings.

Thats a great idea. Even though I'm not much of an electrical engineer, I reckon bending is random enough I could just muddle through til something cool happens.
I had a friend that tricked out SK keyboards. They were truly amazing. He'd install rows and rows of tiny toggle switches, so that he could dial up infinite weirdness without rewiring all the time.

There are an infinite number of tutorials online. Can't be that hard and the soldering iron is cheap.
