I just did an assessment of how much shit I have left to do this month for work and am pretty sure it's giving me a panic attack. These meds help a little, but they can't dig me out of the hole I'm in.

now take that list and prioritize everything on it.  don't try to do more than 1 thing at a time. start with the most urgent and work your way down.  you'll be above water in no time.

I went out and forced myself to be in a good, positive mood. I had a list and was ready to go.

And then, before I was out of the driveway, I got a page from the same fuckers who break their bar glass machine twice a month every month, and this time, they managed to break it and lose the parts, which I don't have. So now I'm on hold with tech service waiting to order the new parts so I can spend all morning doing something extra on top of the shit that was already stressing me out.

Also: had three goals for the weekend. 1) Clean out garage and car. 2) Set up desk in office. 3) Make spaghetti for wife.

I worked all weekend and didn't finish #1. I did all kinds of other, semi-related shit--built shelves, reorganized parts.

I'm really fucking sick of being this way. That's basically what I'm getting out of Ritalin: not enough clarity to function well, but more than enough to see how fucked up I am. GREAT.

OK, here's the tech guy. Back to work before this gets worse.
