Simon's latest checkup: 27 inches long and 18+ lbs. at 5 months. 95th percentile in height, 75th in weight.

Doctor: "Buy this boy a basketball as soon as possible. You are going to be very wealthy."

We're trying hard to make sure that whatever growth he gets is healthy. M______ makes all of his food herself, pureeing organic veggies and fruits, mixing in rice cereal for fiber, etc.

yay for big, healthy babies!! Cheesy

Little Sophie was pretty high up on that chart too.   She's still big for her age, but more like 60 or 70 percentile now.  But we can't get her to eat her veggies, unless they're in soup or puréed.  We're not too worried about nutrition though, we figure that between breastfeeding and soups, she's all right.

She hasn't been sick once in nearly two years!

Hey Jeff, remember that Out-Of-Five contribution you mentioned recently?  It was about dealbreakers this time.  I just remembered a song: The reverend Horton Heat's "400 bucks".

Even having Sam Raimi as a director probably can't get me to see the World of Warcraft movie.

You know you'll go.

So I checked in to Crappity last night before I went to bed. Didn't have much to say, so I didn't post.

This morning - I woke up early for work, jumped in the shower, and realized that I was singing "Get Wet!".

Damn you.

Awesome.

Good eye, Tripp!

Thanks y'all on the song.    Pretty damn proud of them.   I just did the guitar and bass tracks (their fingers arent big/strong enough yet)  Aaron did everything else musically, and Eli helped out on the lyrics  (yep, the line about cooling his bunz).
