Just a quick update from my trip back East.

Yesterday, 4 days after her due date, my kid sister and her doctor decided on a c-section. So at a little after noon on July 13, we welcomed Milo Quincy Leonhart into our clan. It's hard to believe that my teeny sister (who normally weighs in at under 110lbs) could carry a 9lb baby. Here he is (with me, of course), an hour or so after his delivery.

... and here's a Crappity exclusive (because where else would I share this?):

Heather's in town for business, so she has a hotel room in the city. I figured that I'd crash with her rather than go back to my parent's house in New Jersey, but by the time we finished dinner, I realized that I didn't have any clean clothes to wear the next day. We hit H&M, which is open until 9:30 pm. I grabbed a pack of cheap socks, a plain brown t-shirt, and... (I couldn't resist):

thanks for the teeth-whitening suggestions, y'all! i've become hyper aware of every flaw (or perceived flaw) i have, since i know that being in front of a camera is imminent. i need one of those 7 day systems, since we start shooting in...erm...6 days.
