I have two very pretty ribeye steaks marinating.  And Kimmy is preparing something called Hot Onion Souffle Dip.  It is served with Gigantic Frito's Scoops.  

In solidarity, Kimmy and I will not be swimming this evening.  We were unable to find a cute swimming suit for Kimmy yesterday.

I do, however, have plans to snack my ass off.  And smoke lots of shrimps.  And watch fireworks.  And celebrate my independence!

I hope everyone else enjoys their Saturday as much as I plan to enjoy mine.
