So last night I'm replacing the registration sticker on my car, and I inadvertently peel off my inspection sticker. Boy, do I feel like an idiot.

Morning!

Got about halfway through the CD separation process last night.   Not as many exciting finds as in the vinyl.  I guess because they were easier to look through.  Not many that suprised me.

I found a baggie of reallly old shrimp too.     meh.   Its been a long enough stretch that I decided to check it.    And what do you know, gave me a pleasant little lift and kept me from getting too terribly bored making stacks.



My cable is gone.    I feel funny.     I really hope something good comes out of it.    Maybe I could get good at sewing or something.

when i had no cable, i bought tons of tv shows on DVD and i did lots of crossword puzzles. also, i went out, like, all the time.

actually, i do the same things with cable. nevermind.

Yeah, happy Canada day, Canadians.  And good morning to the rest of us! 

Canada day is mostly a rest of Canada thing. Quebeckers don't feel concerned, and very few people around here celebrate it. 

In Montreal, July first is national moving day.

without cable, I find myself watching regular ole free tv and it feels like a HUGE waste of time.. Like,  I'm so bored I'm willing to watch free tv..

BUT  when I think about what's on cable that I miss it's really just about three shows.  Daily Show, Colbert, Brave and the Bold.. 

plus there's never anything on in the summertime.

and as yall may know I am a huge tv junkie.  So if I can live without, anyone can.  It's not  a big deal really.

andf I feel good knowing I'm not getting ripped off by Comcast anymore..  AND  with the money I'm saving I'm gonna buy a Mac Mini so I can watch tv via the internets..
