Heather and I just watched Timecrimes. Neat little movie. Without getting all spoilery, I'd say that it was a pleasing take on a subject that's familiar to the audience of this particular genre of film. What I thought was particularly cool was the absolute adherence to the logic of the genre without any annoying explanations. It might not be the best of its type, but it's a breezy and enjoyable 90 minutes. I'd really recommend Primer as another worthwhile take on the theme.

I think Timecrimes is more fun to see knowing nothing at all about it.

Going through my VHS last night and I considered re-watching my copy of Primer. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has not seen it.
