Maybe that's what the world needs: banning kids form reading certain books, and the waterboarding of far-right douchebags chickenhawks!

I was thinking of the dirty version of chickenhawk, but your way makes sense, too.

In the spirit of introductions, I'm Jesse. I live in a house in LA from where I can see the Griffith Park Observatory. I used to live in San Francisco, before that New York. I watch too much TV and crappy movies, but my taste in music is impeccable. My lovely wife and adorable dogs think I'm alright.

I'm sure you're alright (with impeccable taste in music, duh).

I probably misrepresented myself a tad. I'm not always a bitch. Mostly I'm drunk, though.

Oh, and I'm dating another crappiteer (Pogo!), pay too much in rent in Toronto but try to travel as often as possible to the USA to see aforementioned crappiteer, rarely go to see live music anymore except for friends who are swingin' through Toronto (because most of my friends are old and lame and I'm too lame to care about seeing much on my own), and am currently trying to figure out how to go back to writing and get paid for it (which is what I used to do, once upon a time), though that's shaky, given the current economic climate, and, uh, I dunno, that's it for my rambling.

And I adore every crappiteer (past and present) I've met.

Met Miche/Flecton a hundred million years ago in Ottawa, then the STL Kid/Jason, then Savannah at my casa in Toronto, then joined crappity and subsquently met -- I think in order -- captn qitn/Eric in NYC and Caw (who was in NYC at the time), Matthew (in Ottawa, when cap's band played there), Pogo!/Ryan and Evan/Moetown (in Texas), Tripp, Chad, Kimmy (all in Memphis), Trompe/Trey (in Austin), then jeffgocat, Professor Pickles/Kurt, bebop/Pat, Kim 2/FPB, kim3/KGB (in Pensacola, for crappitystock).

Gawd, am I missing anyone?

So, in a nutshell, I'm pretty much the only crappiteer you've never met, right?

I accidentally wrote "ion nutshell"  instead of "in a nutshell".

That sounds like a ganesha song title.

Next time I'm in Montreal, Dan...  (whenever the fuck that's gonna be)

Kurt is only 60-ish posts away from taking over the lead. I really want him to do it. Much like with Matthew, when he wasn't posting for a while and I overtook him, I really really REALLY thing this belongs to an old-schooler.
