Little Sophie is going through a bad case of the terrible twos.  She has no impulse control, so she feels the need to grab everything in sight, and when we take it away or say no, she throws a major fit...

This morning, she chewed one of my Ipod ear-buds.... High quality expensive ones too.  You have to keep an eye on her 24/7, just one minute unattended is enough to create mischief.  

Sigh...
Kind of annoying.

The terrible twos... I guess that's the downside of your kid getting old enough to actually start playing with good toys.

Every time I am out shopping and I see an awesome baby toy, it consistently says "18+ months."

i think lubbock (our newish kitten) is going through the terrible 2's  (5 months?  is that about 2 in cat years?).

NO impulse control.  you can spank his butt, yell "NO!!"  over and over, grab him by the neck and put him away from (insert any number of mischievousness here)  and he has no sense of remorse. one of his worst habits is whenever you open the refrigerator (EVERY TIME. even if you think he's no where around) he leaps in and crawls to the back and starts going through leftovers and shit.  you drag him out and he jumps right back in.  quick as shit. we've even left him in there for a minute or so.  pitch black,  40 degrees.  open it up. drag him out, STILL tries to get back in.   his other thing is stealing cotton balls off of kim's vanity and taking them all over the house. i think the pavlov experiments were bullshit.
