Arizona Senator John McCain is the latest high-profile politician to repeat the diehard American falsehood that the Sept. 11, 2001, attackers entered the United States through Canada.

Just days after Janet Napolitano, the U.S. homeland security secretary, sparked a diplomatic kerfuffle by suggesting the perpetrators took a Canadian route to the U.S. eight years ago, McCain defended her by saying that, in fact, the former Arizona governor was correct.

Although I seriously considered the 'fro-hawk, I decided on bangs instead (first time I've had bangs in maybe 10 or 11 years). I'm going to dye the bangs hot pink at some point but I didn't book a colouring appointment yesterday so couldn't do it when I got my hair cut. Here's a preview the partly-up-in-a-ponytail version. It won't look anything like this once I wash it for the first time. I wonder how long I can go...?

Off to drinks with the gals for pre-birthday cuz no one is avail tomorrow.  Oh well... wouldn't be the first birthday I spent hungover.

Those are like hawt vintage Rosanna Arquette type bangs. Very nice. Makes me want to grope you behind a Let's Active show.
