watched Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist last night.  cute.. if you find yourself having to entertain your teenage neices for an evening I'd recommend throwing this in. Otherwise I'd say pass on this unless you just want to perv out for a bit.
they DID know their uber-hip NYC locations though. they reference mercury Lounge and the Brooklyn Pool.

We watched that one this weekend too, Tripp. I'm in line with you. It's essentially a standard one-crazy-night teen flick, elevated by better-than-average leads, music, and locations. Kat Dennings is super-cute.

very good stuff.  i'm guessing that's stivers' guitar up front? fucking great guitar player. there's something very can-ish about these songs.  well, the streets of raga anyway. and not just the improv nature. sounds like michael karoli's guitar with the reverb turned up a bit. and that recurring riff/theme in piss, vinegar is gonna be in my head all day.  infectious.

Good news: Simon has been completely cleared by the doctor, re: jaundice, liver trouble, weight, etc.

Predictable side effect: now he has the energy to keep us up all night, like any  other baby. I was hoping he was just a really good-natured baby, but it seems he was just lethargic from all of the stuff he was dealing with.
