I think my favourite lines so far were the ones given to Dennis, Fey's douche boyfriend in the first bunch of shows:

Particularly when he calls her from a pay phone: "You got to do me a huge favor. You got to call Ticketmaster right away. Nickleback just added another date, right? And I would do it on your computer, but I’m downloading a game right now."

Alec Baldwin is easily the best thing about the show. Fey is actually not half bad. While every once and a while he is allowed to deliver a brilliant line, I really could do without Tracy Morgan (I never thought much of him on SNL either - though his performance as Jordan is quite skillful - his character just ain't that funny). The Cerie character is far funnier and even consistently so. The Frank character is a comedic black hole and I cannot think of a single funny line he has delivered in the first thirty episodes. I REALLY wanted to love the Kenneth character but I find his material generally lacking overall. Jane Krakowski is underused, but her parts are generally quite funny.

This may sound like a negative reaction, but I do find the show quite watchable...something like the way I would watch the Simpsons back in the day. Even if I am not laughing I am still sort of enjoying myself.

"Quite watchable" is Matthew's ringing endorsement.

You can tell he's really enjoying it. Seriously.
