I hear the British series was good, but I never watched it.

This version has a good cast.

The British version was good, but this one was pretty hastily cobbled together. This is actually the second pilot they made for the US version. The first one was apparently all-time level bad--even the creators and cast were embarrassed. Virtually everyone was fired and they started over again, new creative team, new locale, new cast (except the lead). And supposedly, the new one isn't garnering much more good buzz.

good morning and i started my morning with my physical...since i have seen you lovely people in june i have dropped 25 pounds.  so first thing today i get like four viles of blood taken, blood prick in finger, and the dreaded female annual exam.  i think every man should experience the equivalent of a pap smear....makes for a great morning...so the doctor is testing for gall bladder, liver, ulcers, celiac disease etc.  should find oot soon tomm. or mon.

still at prison but peeps i need some good vibes sent my way

secret, shshhshs, i have my 2nd interview at the Metro either tomm., mon. tue.   my mentor and pfork and at pluto boss, mary jones has her radar oot for me and is making a call and a written reference.  Another agent/manager is also doing the same.  and my friend that works at the metro is stepping in.  not getting my hopes up because my last time in december 2006 i interviewed for assistant talent buyer and was 2nd choice, bridesmaid (runner up in bball in high school, beating dummy by xhusband, etc.)

GOD I WANT OOT OF THIS ONE HORSE TOWN, and i would get my sons away from the maniac and be around people from my planet and are like me (pfork coworkers etc)

so good vibes, no pmas send those to my friend j____'s daughter
