I love rock star stories.

I love comedian stories, too. I remember the time I went out partying with Emo Philips. We went to a topless bar and ate about a pound of Munchos and drank about 4 pitchers apiece. Then we got real stoned and I listened to Emo do his new stand-up bit. After a while I started heckling him and we got into a huge fistfight. We woke up with our faces bloodied and wearing each other's underwear. That was quite a wild night.

My only good rock star story is when Greg Norton cruised me at a Husker Du gig. It was before they played and we kept having eye contact. Finally I said hello and he said hello and asked me if I was going to hang around after the show. I told him I didn't think so. I wonder just how different my life would be had I stuck around and "partied" with Greg.

Ok, I admit I made up the Greg Norton story, but the Emo one is 100% true.

Actually, maybe the one about Emo was made up and the Norton story was true. Either way, I know for a fact that at least one of those stories is true.
I'll swear to it under oath in front of a nonpartisan committee if you don't believe me. That would guarantee I'd tell the truth, right?
