Gotta love the muff.  I'm hoping to complete a nice little number that I got started on last night.  Gotta lay down some creamy-ass vocalities.  Have y'all seen Squidbillies?  God I love that show.

So, I watched most of Ghostbusters this weekend and I didn't think it held up at all. Like, I was kinda embarrassed for Bill Murray.  And Sigourney Weaver just looks like 'hey, who invited the stiff?'

I slept late this morning. I didn't have to wake up my wife this morning since she stayed up all night on a conch binge. This is the 3rd time in a row I've just said no and gone to sleep. It's not even a struggle anymore.

If I had done the conch last night, working out today would be out of the question.

Yeah, not exactly timeless. Maybe if Jack Black had sung the theme song.

If the value of my home decreases, will that translate into a lower property tax?

With this whole economic downturn business, I'm feeling less secure about my job. The program I work for is partly funded by the state. Since some of our students are not legal citizens, I can see the funding going bye-byes. That would truly suck.

Not if just the market value goes down.     Taxes are based on the county appraisal value.  So you'd have to have a governmental appraisal done.

Which I wouldn't recommend you requesting, since they usually run so far behind the times, that you'd probably get a higher appraisal value from whenever it was last done.
