he was a tall lanky dude who reminded me of Weird harold but he was a wicked guitarist (though yeah, he veered into jazz fusion territory a lot) but they used him in skits a lot and he was really funny and really a great guitarist.  I thought he seemed cool.

Apropos of nothing, here are some ant killer recipes for the green (non pesticide) gardening-inclined. Which is probably just me. But there ya go.

S___ apparently met a witch doctor in Georgia last week that recommends putting listerine in a squirt bottle and using that as your mosquito repellant.

So, at the jam the other night Batman is mentioned and J___ exclaims that

"It wasn't that good"
me: "Wha--? You went to see it?
him: "Yeah, with Dave. I didn't like it that mu..."
me: "Wait a second - how could you go see it without me after I asked if you wanted to go see it with me and you said 'I'm not that interested - I'm just going to wait until Dave downloads it. I didn't like the last one and everyone said that one was good, too' (Jeremy enjoys the abysmal Burton films)?
him: "You asked me to go see Batman?"

Is it even remotely possible that J___ does this to me on a regular basis now purely by chance? He is his own form of space cadet, but this has almost become expected; he has done this with a good dozen or two films in a row now.

It seems that the only movies he bothers to tap me for are things like Transformers and Aliens vs. Predator (i.e. movies I never wanted to see and regret seeing).

Anyway, I am planning to go see it...sometime soon.
