so just spent the week with my friend from San Diego and his wife and son...sort of last minute trip out here. Went to the Museum of natural history...kids loved the whole "you dumb dumb you give me gum gum" guy...there's like so many people lining up to see that stone head. Went to another friend's party sunday night...monday went to the land of make believe in hope nj...great place for the little ones...yankee game monday night...12 -3 win with 3 homers...lots of action...had to work through the week too...which sucked...another friend's house on a lake tuesday night...helped the kids catch some fish...with the native bait "hot dog".

now it's our turn to go out there...havnen't been out there since 2000...gotta start saving for airfare now...i think i might be right around the point where i can get a free ticket through frequent flyer miles...gotta check that out.

I love having out of towners come in.  It totally makes you hit the touristy stuff thats actually very cool.

We're winding down a 3 week visit from mother-in-law and we've been doing tons of museums and parks and suchnot.
