I caught the end of Morning Joe on MSNBC. I had no idea that at the end they all stand in front of the cameras and tell what they've learned today.

Mr. Pogo! was drunk when he posted that last night... He neglected to mention that he will be coming in to Canadia the weekend of July 25-27th (but he gets here the evening of 24th so one extra night together... yay!).

I suspect there will be much mounting.

This is the 4th week since I've started beating myself up again with exercise. I can't not do it today.

I've actually lost a little over 8 lbs. since I started doing this. Remember last month when I said I weighed 155? Well, I was lying. I actually weighed 163. But this morning I weighed 154.5!

Yes I did.  I didn't pass the pepper spray and taser tests.  Apparently, I was too hesitant to use them, so they thought I didn't have what it takes to be a pig, I mean, a mountie...
