Ugh! I'm having a hard time getting this day started. I think my body is pissed off about this sudden return to exercise I decided to put it through this week.

Really, I am floored by the amount of anti-Obama stuff that is floating out there already. By "anti-Obama" I do not mean legitimate concern and criticism, or even crazy bat shit smears circulated in hilariously implausible emails, I refer to the building wave of anti-Obama rhetoric that is clearly rooted in and designed to exploit the prejudices and fears of average Americans. More disturbing is the fact that much of it does not even appear to be "designed" at all.
I do find it alarming that so much of it appears to be circulated on Jewish websites and message boards. There are not only articles about how Obama's campaign barred Muslim women from sitting behind him at rallies, there are articles about who those women are and how they are connected, by extension of their student groups, to the Muslim Brotherhood and the assassination of Anwar Sadat. Even Zionist extremists like Daniel Pipes (who is generally supportive of the PNAC crowd/shares the same stages as/speaks at the same functions as, and is considered) have pushed this "was Obama formerly a Muslim?" line.
