has anybody here ever had to take a test on short notice to see if you consume shrimp or not?? if so, please give tips! all i know at this point is to take a bunch of B complex and drink lots of gatorade the hours leading up to it.

drink lots of water, green tea, and the day of dont consume too much water, it will dilute your sample and you will have to do it again but maybe that could buy you some time.   for a very good screen it takes 30 days to get out of your system but most places dont pay the expense for that screen.  i unfortunately know from a bad time in the past

I didn't hit any rain at all on the drive home.  Traffic was a bit slower in places, but it was a smooth drive.

It would've been nice to have some people along playing Hangman and barfing in bags to liven things up.

j/k. i just accepted an offer to (re)start up production at our city's local channel (the library channel). as of now, it is a totally cable access-ish type channel, with shows like "tax talk" and "what's growin' on?" HOWEVER, they wanted to bring me in to get their programming amped up and start doing original documentaries, new shows, etc.

of course, it's still a city job, so they try to weed out(!) dirty hippies like me before we infiltrate the system.
