weed...the universal truth

"We'll be forever loving Jah"

Perhaps we could get the arabs and jews to sit down in front of big hukka and just smoke out until they realize it doesn't matter who's wrong or right...it's time to move on and just dig it all man.

Or at least battle it out with a good game of "rock 'em, sock 'em robots"

speaking of herb,

Corey left a glass "chillum" here after practice last night and this morning I thought to myself "hmm what if I modify the sink hit lid to fit this instead of my old beat up aluminum one..."  I tell ya, it is pothead engineering at it's finest.  If there was ever a doubt in my mind that glass pipes give better hits than aluminum ones, it has been completely erased... ...along with my short term memory and cognative skills.

I honestly never heard about Tony Whatshisname or his M-logues before you mentioned it, Sabamah...and I doubt I ever would have.

He doesn't even have listing on the imdb...and everybody has a listing on the imdb.

so i rented two discs of "the young ones" dvd last night. i hadn't seen those episodes since they played every sunday night on mtv when i was a young lass. i can't decide whether or not they've held up for me. like, i think rik mayall is fucking hilarious, and of course neal is just a funny character, but i remember vivian being funnier. i dunno. anybody else watched these since they came out?

speaking of rik mayall, i got my picture taken with him a few days ago (scary picture alert!):

thanks, kurtis! i had never heard of tony before i saw the m-logues either. so i know i just have my post-breakup magnifying glasses on, where everything he's doing seems like a biztrillion times cooler than it actually is.

swear to god, if i see him on tv again though, the tv will end up out the window and in the courtyard.

As Caw has said many times, "Beware of false lattices."

When you attune yourself to a low frequency incident.  Repititions of that incident create the illusion of cultural significance.

However, when one's perspective is re-adjusted to the proper wavelength, it becomes clear that, metaphorically speaking, you were merely on the ground looking at ants.

Thank you for the insight, Caw!

I had these taped from when i was in high school...and i still think they are incredible.

i would say pretty much every episode (besides oil, boring and flood) are incredible.

You have the intelligence of an ant.

Do ants go to discos?

(sorry...more young ones quotes)

I haven't seen the Young Ones in years and years...I would like to.

Savvy, do you have any interest in the DVD release of the Richard Pryor Show that's coming out?

Two great episodes of Mr. Show last night on HBO Comedy!
