i must have been bit by a spider, when i was very small. because now i am grown up i spend five days a week going up the fucking wall. i must have been fenced-in to a long straight road when i was nine or ten because now i am grown up i spend five days a week going around the fucking bend...

I feel the same way about 2002. But 2005 was pretty good for me actually, what with getting together with M______ and all.

2002 was worse for me...that was the year I parted ways with W____. And 2005 was the year I parted ways with the bottle...but that was in November, and my quitting gives you an idea of what the rest of my year was like.

1978-1982 I have no memory of
1983-1986 was Kindergarten to grade 3, and I was mostly a happy child, but I was already getting picked on by grade two and three.
1986-1989 was grade 4-6. Four and five hell, by the end of six I was somehow almost at peace with the world.
1990-1995 was the hell named high school and I was hoping these would remain the worst days of my life
1996-1997 were the happiest days of my life
1998-1999 was a mix of terrors and good times
2000-2005 was about as bad as I care to imagine my life ever being
2006 was a ghost life and somewhat nightmarish
2007 was frustrating, but began to pick up
2008 has been unfolding more or less like I was hoping it would
