i'm really just using the time that our director is out of town to play around.  i'm pretty illiterate at the photoshops, but i want to get a decent poster up soon, and i kinda want to use some crappity inspired imagery.   if you(tripp) want to make a poster (sans text-  opening acts/door/etc.) just email it to me and i'll add the deets and take it to kinkos or something.

that's probably the best idea.   that way if there are changes, i can make em quick.  one good thing as far as selecting the opener, i can scratch he just kicks good off. they got the coveted mudhoney slot.  i doubt they'll wanna play two nights in a row......so put  rymodee  and you win instantly!  as the opening acts.  other deets:   10 pm   $6  (free with crappity ID)

I want to know who the fuck decided the work week should last 5 days. I want to know what fucker decided it's best to make people work 8 hours a day. Those motherfuckers deserve something really really bad. The work week always seems 1 day too long. And I don't think it's cause I'm a lazy s.o.b.; I think it's cause the work week is a day too long. People always say - hell, I've probably said it - that then we'd all start bitching about having to work 4 days. I think that argument is total crap. There should be some research conducted in schools to see if test scores go up, drop, or flatline in a 4 day work week. I think that day off should be Monday rather than Friday. Can you imagine having Monday off every week? I'm sure my overall level of well-being would go way way up.

Every Monday off. Think about how much money schools would save. For people who have to drive far to work, think of the savings on gas. We'd be saving energy and polluting less because there'd only be 4 days of rush hour traffic. FOUR DAY WORK WEEK!!! WHO"S WITH ME?

It feels more like a case of "The 2008."

Maybe I could do some research and publish a treatise on why the 4 day work week makes sense. Or maybe I can get someone to do it for me.
