ah, time for a posting before work.
I have seen some of those VU videos before. Especially enjoy Sister Ray, as done by the Lawrence Welk band.
Mari got to see VU in England when they did those reunion shows around 1990.
Sterling Morrison became a tugboat captain later in life and lived in Houston. He used to hang out at Rudyards's all the time. That's the bar we always play at. The one where I will be booking us to play with Dragoon, if I can only obtain a decent Austin show to go along with it. That's the trubble I'm having, Trippers. We don't quite have the stroke around here to command a sweet weekend slot at a good place. But I'm still working on it.
