Everybody remember the lunar eclipse tonight!

Starts at 8:45.   Totality from 10-11.

If you have binoculars or a telescope check out Saturn right on the edge.  S'posed to be KILLAH!!!

Those were very funny, Karen! Highly digestible indeed. applause

Yeah, I liked 'em. There are a gazillion more on the internets, but I kinda got too drunk to continue posting. Wink

And Karen: Catherine Tate is awesers. You know she's going to be the Doctor's companion on Doctor Who this year, right?

Oh yeah, of course I knew that.

Doctor who?

So, I leave tomorrow for the Tex-ass and have ton(ne)s o' things to do, like laundry and packing, and, you know, finding a place to stay in Austin (as with the October trip I did there, the two places I'd wanted to stay at have been booked for ages... awesome.). And, yet, I somehow agreed to go to see Super Furry Animals tonight. Oops.

leaving for the gig in a few minutes.  Forgot they scheduled a band practice for tonight!  Twas good though.
yall hear of Spider-bags? Or Spider-bag? I met them earlier. Seemed like swell guys.

But yeah, came home from work, had to drive back out to midtown (across the street from Scott's house btw), practice, then met Stan to get my amp (thought i could use Spider-bag's but brendan called it for his keyboards), hung out with Stan for a bit. He said he was going to go do a big drum solo to wear himself out so he could fall asleep . So Stan's rocking out by himself right now.
And now I'm at home having a beer and have to drive BACK out to midtown for the show...!
