I have spent time trying to find this intervies that hasnt been written on some webpage. An actual video that show JJ Abrams himself stating this was a satellite that fell from the sky to awaken the monster or deep sea drilling from this tagruato site. If anything that has more to do with "the Host". No actual evidence links any of this to Cloverfield. feel free to prove me wrong. As a projectionist i have studdied that last scene well. It is infact the monster. As the poster for clover states, "something has found us" not "something has been asleep for thousands of years and awakend by a satellite falling from the sky by a japanese fish company that makes slush puppies". Also in the top right hand corner of the poster the monster was there the whole time and it shows it over new york city coming down from the sky. To clear up dates. the monster attacked just after midnight which would make it 23rd of may. The video of coney island at the end says April 27th. Thats 25 days it was down there for probably learning and planning its attack. Thats right, it was an invasion.....hence the distruction and chaos it caused. That would explain it smashing up New York and sending its little friends down into small places the big bastard couldnt fit. So stop with all this crap as its a film about a monster attacking new york/love story. that simple. doesnt get any deeper. Your not meant to know any of the monsters background as its shown through a fucking hand held camera. As a soldier stated "we are not sure what it is, but its winning" and Rob says at the end "if you find this tape you probably know more than i do" which we dont. sense the irony?. As i stated earlier if you have proof to show im wrong please dont be shy and give it to me.

speaking of "OBEY",  the recently discussed rowdy roddy sci-fi classic, "they live" was on tv the other night. i watched. i enjoyed.  the fight scene was just as long as ever.

Rough day in our house.

My father-in-law's cancer has come back with a vengeance. He's riddled with tumors including a large, malignant one in his lung. (It started in his bladder.) Immigration still hasn't responded yet about our interview, so we're stalled in any attempts to get my wife over to Romania to see him. But obviously, she wants to be with him.

Yeah, this sucks.
