how much food do you think you need if you're just sitting at a desk all day?
Yesterday I skipped breakfast and lunch and just ate dinner.
Today I'm going to try it again. I was actually had more energy yesteray than usual. Didn't get the afternoon sleepies like I usually do. Not like I need to pack in the calories when I'm not doing anything physical. Two cups of coffee in the a.m. and then just water until dinner.

when i went to Workman Middle School, (where i played the snare drum in the band) our official 'cheer' started with the cheerleder captain saying "say it loud!" and then everybody chanting "oom! oom gawwa! jaguars got the power! oom! oom gawwa! jaguars got the power!" (pronounced POW'-wah) we were the jaguars. |

tis a beautiful Friday morning. The boss is gone until the afternoon...and by the time he'll get here i'll be in weekend mode...whom I kidding, I'm there already.
tomorrow the boys have their first soccer games of the season.
Hoping there's some nice smilfs there.
