so I've found lately that I just listen to the ipod on shuffle and have lost the whole album experience...so I've been trying to listen to some cds.

So today's selection was "So Happy Together". I got to listen to the first six songs on the way to work. I think it was the first time I've listened to it in the zone. In the right state of mind. Which when standing on your head becomes the left state of mind. At least that's where I left it.

But yeah...that was quite a treat...I gotta say I couldn't understand one lyric (besides the hate song)...and it didn't matter a bit...it was a perfect sonic soundtrack to my drive to work.

whoah... crazy lattice moment last night.

I posted the Final Cut video two days ago.. and Jimmy W shows up last night (past midnight as usual  Roll Eyes) all hot and heavy to record a song from that very record.

I was all "wha??".  Guess our mind-atoms are doing a synchronized swimming routine.

Here's what came out.  http://screwmusicforever.com/jimmywinchell/mp3s/TheGunnersDream_15_87_.mp3

You need to find a job that encourages employees to play on the internet all day.

Ever wake up and just want to get hammered? I'm fighting through it right now. Maybe I'll drink a beer with breakfast. I have errands to do, and I have a date with S_ _ _ tonight, so I have to exercise some restraint. One beer is okay, right? Sure it is!

I've got little demons in my head that are constantly trying to get me to make bad choices.

That's pretty much what I do all day...every job I get it seems that's what I end up doing.  I keep waiting for them to figure it out. Every so often I go to some meeting or write some sort of stuff to show that I am working.

It can make for long boring days though.  counting the hours down in 15 minute increments.

Boss has been out all week...which has been super sweet...and his boss doesn't even work in this building. I could probably go home, leave my computer on and some put some papers on my desk and nobody would miss me.

But then my wife would put me to work...better just lay low here for the rest of the day.

I think those Jimmy Winchell songs make me want to get effed up.
