Saw Knocked Up last night. Pretty good. Not as good as 40 year old Virgin. As much as I like Seth Rogen I don't think he's star material just yet.

In 40YOV the 'gang of buddies' was at least kind of believable. the gang in this movie are a bit over the top in their absurdity. And they were all really greasy.
the person who stole the film was the little pot-head korean girl who was with Martin Starr (Bill from Freaks and geeks, who was totally underused).
I think if you've ever had kids you will most likely appreciate this movie more than I did.
I guess my main beef with it is that it veers from Katherine Heigl's world of relative realism to Seth Rogen's world of abstract slackerdom.
But it IS pretty dang funny so I will recommend.

Highlight of the movie for me was Craig Robinson (Darrell from the Office) as the bouncer at a club. He is effing funny.

Still miles above hollywood crap like that Adam Sandler movie we saw a preview for. "OH, We have to pretend we're gay and we're SOO not!" FUCK YOU ADAM SANDLER!
