they use the word "caveat" around here alot...i had never heard it before...i'd just nod my head and think...what is that some sort underground lair somewhere in the building?
finally looked it up...i was totally going in the wrong direction...
and it turns out that underground cave is neither underground nor a cave.
I use caveat a lot. But I deal with contracts, so there's always a caveat thingamabob. (Technical term.)
